Cooling Module: Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. Install and new condenser fitting O-ring seals. Install and new condenser fitting O-ring seals.

    Material: Motorcraft ® PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil / YN-12-D (WSH-M1C231-B)

  3. Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
  4. Check and fill the transmission fluid as necessary. Refer to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
  5. Evacuate and charge the A/C system. Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging .
