Pinpoint Test Q: A Module Does Not Respond To The Diagnostic Scan Tool

- Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
With the ignition ON, the SECM and the diagnostic scan tool communicate through the SASM and over the HS-CAN2.
If communications cannot be established between the SECM and the diagnostic scan tool, refer to Module Communications Diagnosis and Testing in CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK .

- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Network communications concern
- SECM
