The IPMA controls several advanced driver assistance features, BLIS, CTA, Cross traffic alert with braking, BLIS for trailer tow and Bounday alert.
The IPMA requires PMI when replaced.
The IPMA uses the ethernet communication network for OTA. For more information on OTA, Refer to: Module Configuration - System Operation and Component Description .
