Pinpoint Tests B: Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Power Relay: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:

harness circuits: B+, INJPWRM, ISP-R, PCMRC, and VPWR
PCM power relay (12A646)
PCM (12A650)
