P0630:00 VIN Not Programmed or Incompatible - ECM/PCM The AWD Module did not receive a valid vehicle identification number (VIN) during reprogramming. Upload the module information to the diagnostic tool using the PMI routine. REFER to: Module Programming .
P064F:00 Unauthorized Software/Calibration Detected Reprogram or update the calibration. Reprogram the vehicle identification (VID) block by running the Programmable Module Installation. Turn the ignition off. Wait 1 minute. Ignition ON. RETRIEVE Continuous memory DTCs from all modules. If P064F sets, INSTALL a new AWD Module. REFER to: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Module .
P068A:00 ECM/PCM Power Relay De-Energized - Too Early This DTC sets when the non volatile random access memory (NVRAM) write did not complete successfully after the ignition key was turned OFF, prior to AWD Module shutdown. If DTC P068A is retrieved after a module reprogramming, turn ignition OFF. Wait 1 minute. Clear the DTCs and repeat the AWD module KOER self-test. If the DTC returns, INSTALL a new AWD Module. REFER to: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Module .
P1001:00 KOER Not Able to Complete, KOER Aborted RETRIEVE and RECORD all Continuous Memory Diagnostic Trouble Codes (CMDTCs). PERFORM KOEO self test on the AWD Module. REPAIR any KOEO or CMDTC first. CLEAR the DTC. RERUN the KOER self-test. If the DTC returns, REPROGRAM the AWD Module to the latest software. RERUN the KOER self-test. If the DTC returns, INSTALL a new AWD Module. REFER to: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Module .
P1397:00 System Voltage Out Of Self Test Range CLEAR the DTC. Turn the ignition off. Wait 1 minute. Ignition ON. RETRIEVE Continuous memory DTCs from all modules. If the DTC resets, GO to Pinpoint Test E
P1501:00 Vehicle Speed Sensor Out Of Self Test Range Vehicle speed not at 0.0 mph (km/h) during the KOEO self-test. CLEAR the DTC and RERUN the KOEO self-test. If DTC P1501 returns, REFER to: Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) and Stability Control .
P160A:00 Control Module Vehicle Options Reconfiguration Error CHECK the vehicle service history for recent service actions related to this module. This DTC sets due to incomplete or incorrect PMI procedures. INSTALL As-Built data from Professional Technician Society (PTS) following scan tool instructions under Module Programming As-Built.
P1674:00 Control Module Software Corrupted Reprogram the AWD Module to the latest calibration. Turn the ignition off. Wait 1 minute. Ignition ON. RETRIEVE Continuous memory DTCs from all modules. If DTC resets, INSTALL a new AWD Module. REFER to: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Module .

Flash AWD module with mapping data for RDU serial number from PTS.

U0422:00 Invalid Data Received From Body Control Module This DTC sets if the ignition signal status message is invalid for 5 seconds. Using a diagnostic scan tool, RETRIEVE and DIAGNOSE all BCM (body control module) Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). REFER to: Body Control Module (BCM) . If the diagnostic scan tool cannot communicate with the BCM, REFER to: Controller Area Network (CAN) Module Communications Network .
U0423:00 Invalid Data Received from Instrument Panel Cluster Control Module This DTC sets when the PAM receives invalid network data from the IPC with a faulted signal data input. RETRIEVE and REPAIR all non-network DTCs in the other modules on the network.
U0428:00 Invalid Data Received From Steering Angle Sensor Module This DTC sets if the ignition signal status message is invalid for 5 seconds. Using a diagnostic scan tool, RETRIEVE and DIAGNOSE all SASM DTCs. If the diagnostic scan tool cannot communicate with the BCM, REFER to: Controller Area Network (CAN) Module Communications Network
If there are no DTCs in the SASM, the condition may be caused by an intermittent concern. SET the ignition to OFF. DISCONNECT and INSPECT all BCM, SASM electrical connectors and related in-line connectors for corrosion, bent pins, pushed-out pins and spread terminals. REPAIR as necessary.
U2100:00 Initial Configuration Not Complete CHECK the vehicle service history for recent service actions related to this module. This DTC sets due to incomplete or incorrect PMI procedures. If there have been recent service actions with this module, REPEAT the PMI procedure as directed by the diagnostic scan tool. REFER to: Module Configuration - System Operation and Component Description . If there have been no recent service actions, INSTALL a new AWD module to correct the failure to retain configuration data. REFER to: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Module .
U2101:00 Control Module Configuration Incompatible CHECK the vehicle service history for recent service actions related to this module. This DTC sets due to incomplete or incorrect PMI procedures. If there have been recent service actions with this module, REPEAT the PMI procedure as directed by the diagnostic scan tool. REFER to: Module Configuration - System Operation and Component Description . If there have been no recent service actions, INSTALL a new AWD module to correct the failure to retain configuration data. REFER to: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Module .
U2200:00 Control Module Configuration Memory Corrupt CLEAR the DTCs, wait 10 seconds and REPEAT the self-test. If the DTC is retrieved again, INSTALL a new AWD module. REFER to: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Module .
