DTC U2100: lnitial Configuration Not Complete: Description

When a new EPAS gear is installed, the PSCM must be configured with the vehicle information. Configuration is checked during initial PSCM power up (ignition ON) with the voltage supply to the PSCM greater than 10 volts.

• DTC U2100:00 (Initial Configuration Not Complete: No Sub Type Information). This DTC is set if a valid VIN has never been received by the PSCM or valid configuration data has never been received by the PSCM. This DTC sets if PSCM detects the vehicle data configuration or the component base data configuration is missing or incomplete.
