Pinpoint Tests KC: Known Concerns
KC1 : KNOWN CONCERNS
- Ignition ON, engine OFF
- Start the vehicle.
- Make sure the engine ready indicator is illuminated.
- Retrieve the continuous memory DTCs
- Run OASIS with Symptom 'Stop/Steer/Ride Steering/Steering Wheel (662***)' and the retrieved DTCs.
- Are any of the articles returned related to the customer complaint?
