Known Concerns

  1. KC1: KNOWN CONCERNS 
    • Ignition ON, engine OFF.
    • Start the vehicle.
      • Make sure the engine ready indicator is illuminated.
    • Retrieve the continuous memory DTCs.
    • Run OASIS with Symptom 'Stop/Steer/Ride Steering/Steering Wheel (662***)' and the retrieved DTCs.
    • Are any of the articles returned related to the customer complaint? 
    Yes No
    REPAIR as necessary. GO to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Charts.
