Cooling Module: Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. Install and lubricate new condenser fitting O-ring seals. Refer to: Specifications . or Refer to: the appropriate Service Information .
  3. Evacuate, leak test and charge the A/C system. Refer to: the appropriate Service Information .
  4. If equipped. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant cooling system. Refer to: Refrigerant Cooling System Recovery, Evacuation And Charging .
  5. Fill and bleed the electric drivetrain cooling system. Refer to: Electrified Drivetrain Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
