An OTA fault message displays on the touch screen or the FordPass or Lincoln Way apps and the OTA updates have not installed. Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test A 
OTA Updates have not installed or are delayed beyond 8 calendar days without a fault message displaying on the touch screen or in the FordPass or Lincoln Way apps. Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test B
