SCCM Network Input Messages

| Vehicle speed | PCM | The SCCM uses vehicle speed information to operate the speed sensitive wiper function. |
| Message center feature configuration | IPC | The SCCM uses the message center feature configuration to enable/disable the courtesy wipe and the rain sensitive wiper features. |
| Rain Sense ON/OFF | IPC | Used by the SCCM to toggle the rain sense function on and off. |
| Courtesy Wipe ON/OFF | IPC | Used by the SCCM to toggle the courtesy wipe function on and off. |
| Transmission in reverse | PCM | Used by the SCCM to operate the reverse gear wipe function. |

When the rear window defrost and heated wiper park functions are requested using voice command or the button is selected on the touchscreen, this input activates the rear window defrost system and the heated wiper park grid. |
| Ambient air temperature | PCM | The FCIM uses the ambient air temperature information for the operation of the heated wiper park feature. |
