DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition GWM U102D:00 Incompatible Vehicle Software: No Sub Type Information Sets in the GWM when a coordinated update for safety critical ECUs that require engine inhibit, fails to install or swap. If the revert to the active partition is not completed successfully for all affected ECUs, SWUM needs to keep the engine inhibited permanently. BCM U1023:00 Vehicle Inhibited Due To Cloud Control: No Sub Type Information Sets in the BCM when connection to the data cloud is interrupted and data updates from the cloud have failed to complete. Possible Sources
- Suspect module
- OTA update process has failed to complete correctly or been interrupted
- C1 REMOVE VEHICLE FROM INHIBIT MODE
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, carry out the BCM service function Over the-Air (OTA) Update Vehicle Inhibit Reset.
- Follow the on screen instructions to remove the vehicle from the inhibit mode.
- Schedule an OTA update on the vehicle to update the modules that failed to complete. The update should be scheduled a minimum of 30 minutes in from the current time.
- Make sure all preconditions are met to allow the update to complete.

Yes The repair is complete. No REFER to the Symptom Chart to resolve the over the air update concern.
