Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM): Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Using the diagnostic scan tool, begin the PMI process for the TCCM following on-screen instructions.
Remove the CJB cover.

Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the lower access panel by releasing the clips.

NOTE: The TCCM has slotted mounting holes. It is not necessary to remove the LHTCCM nut when removing the TCCM.

Loosen the LHTCCM nut and remove the RHTCCM nut.

Torque

: 4 Nm
