Exhaust Camshaft Position Sensor

EXHAUST CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

1. Lubricate sensor o-ring.




2. Install exhaust camshaft position sensor (5) so that it is fully seated on the mounting surface.
3. Install exhaust camshaft position sensor mounting bolt (3). Tighten to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs.).




4. Reconnect the exhaust camshaft position harness connector (1).
5. If necessary, reinstall the power steering fluid reservoir.
6. Connect the exhaust camshaft position sensor harness connector.
7. Connect negative battery cable.
8. Install the air cleaner and throttle body hose.
