Choke Unloader

  1. Attach rubber band to tang of intermediate choke shaft. Open throttle to allow choke valve to close. Install choke valve gauge and set angle to specification. See CHOKE VALVE GAUGE.
    2. NOTE: Adjust with secondary lock-out lever held away from pin.
  2. Hold secondary lock-out lever away from pin. Hold throttle lever in wide open position. See Fig 1. To adjust, bend fast idle lever tang until bubble of choke valve gauge is centered.
