Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Draining Procedure (2-Door Utility) .
  2. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General information.
    3. Fig 1: Locating Fuel Fill Hose Components (4-Door Utility Lower)

  3. Loosen the fuel fill hose clamp (1) at the fuel tank fill tube.
  4. Remove the fuel fill hose (13).
