Windshield Washer Solvent Container Level Sensor Replacement

Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the windshield washer solvent container. Refer to Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement (LD) Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement (Diesel) Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement (HD) .
1 Windshield Washer Solvent Level Sensor

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the windshield washer solvent level sensor.
  2. Place a clean suitable drain pan under the windshield washer solvent container to secure the windshield washer solvent when the level sensor and grommet are removed.
  3. Using two flat-bladed tools, place the ends of the flat blades under each side of the windshield washer solvent level sensor grommet.
  4. Twisting in opposite directions, pry outward, the level sensor from the washer solvent container.
  5. Remove and discard the windshield washer level sensor grommet and replace with new.
