Installation Procedure

  1. O-Ring (2) - Install NEW

  2. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Install
  3. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  4. Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - Install - CH 52075  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

  5. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (4) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  6. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  7. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  8. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [3x]
  9. Fuel Tank - Install - Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD)
