Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

    Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

  3. Accessory Drive Primary Belt - Remove - Accessory Drive Primary Belt Replacement
  4. Drive Belt Tensioner - Reposition - Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement

    Battery Positive Cable Nut (2) @Generator - Remove

  6. Battery Positive Cable (1) - Remove

    Retainer (1) - Disengage

    Electrical Connector (2) - Disconnect

  9. Position wire harness out of the way for ease of removal.

    Generator Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  11. Generator (2) - Remove
