Removal Procedure

  1. Fuel Tank - Remove - Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) , or Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD)

    Electrical Connector(1) - Disconnect [3x]

  3. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose(2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Fuel Tank Vent Hose(3) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose(4) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Pump Lock Ring(1) - Remove - CH 52075  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

    Electrical Connector(1) - Disconnect

  8. Transfer Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  9. Fuel Tank Vent Hose(3) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module(1) - Remove

  11. O-Ring(2) - Remove and DISCARD
