Installation Procedure
- Position the wheelhouse liner out of the way to gain access to the front wheel speed sensor electrical connector.
Front Wheel Speed Sensor Wiring Harness (2) - Install
- Connect the electrical connector. (1)
- Front Wheel Speed Sensor Retainer (3) - Install [ 3x ]
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
{If equipped} Wiring Harness (1) @ Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bracket - Install
Front Wheel Speed Sensor Wiring Harness (1) @ Wiring Harness Bracket - Install
Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bracket (3) - Install
- Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bracket Bolt (4) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Apply a light coat of wheel speed anti-corrosion grease to the front wheel speed sensor (2) and mounting pad on the front steering knuckle. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Front Wheel Speed Sensor (2) - Install
- Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Aluminum Wheel)
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
