Installation Procedure
- Clean and inspect the camshaft intake lobe sensor o-ring and apply engine oil. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Intake Camshaft Profile Sleeve Position Sensor (2) - Install
- Camshaft Intake Lobe Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the electrical connector.
{If equipped} Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install
If equipped, push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (2).
- {If equipped} Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
NOTE:
Replace only the components necessary to complete the repair.
