Swing Gate Relearn
NOTE:
To ensure proper relearning of the swing gate, the swing gate assembly must be at room temperature during the relearn process.
NOTE:
DTC B1C0A 54 will set automatically as an indicator that the system is in learn mode and not as a fault indicator. Once the travel limits are learned by the rear gate module, the rear gate module will exit learn mode and DTC B1C0A 54 will become a history code.
If any portion of the power swing gate assembly is replaced, repaired or disassembled, perform the following swing gate relearn procedure:
- Connect the scan tool to the vehicle.
- Select Module Diagnostics:
- Select K194 Rear Gate Module:
- Select Configuration/Reset Functions:
- Select Remove/Reset Module:
- Select Liftgate Maximum Open Position Learn:
- Press "Enter" and follow the on screen instructions:
