Repair Procedures: Inspection

Disconnect the cruise control switch connector.

Measure resistance between terminals on the control switch when each function switch is ON (switch is depressed).

Function switch	Terminal	Resistance (±1%)
CANCEL	2 - 3	550 Ω
SET (-)	2 - 3	880 Ω
RES (+)	2 - 3	1.44 Ω
CRUISE	2 - 3	2.54 Ω
SCC	2 - 3	5.54 Ω

If not within specification, replace switch.
