DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal Monitoring
  1. Alternator faulty
  2. LIN communication line between ECM and Alternator
Enable Condition
  • Time after engine start is higher than 1 sec
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10.8V
Threshold Value
  • Alternator and LIN communication failure time 2 seconds or more
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • NO MIL
