Repair Procedures: Removal

- Remove the ignition key from the vehicle.
- Disconnect the battery negative cable and wait for at least three minutes before beginning work.
- Remove the floor console.
(Refer to Body - "FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY ")
- Remove the rear blower unit assembly.
(Refer to Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning - "REAR BLOWER UNIT ")
- Pull up the lock (B) of the SRSCM connector to disconnect the connector.
- Remove the SRSCM (A) after loosening the mounting nuts.
