Repair Procedures: Removal
CAUTION:
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
- Remove the front seat shield outer cover.
- Remove the side set cover (A), after removing the screws.
- Disconnect the airbag connector (A).
- Remove the airbag connector wiring clips (A).
- Disconnect the seat belt buckle connector (A).
- Remove the seat belt buckle wiring clips (A).
- Remove the seat belt buckle (A), after removing the bolt.
Tightening torque: 39.2 - 53.9 N.m (4.0 - 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 - 39.8 lb-ft)
- Remove the seat anchor (A), after removing the bolt.
Tightening torque: 39.2 - 53.9 N.m (4.0 - 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 - 39.8 lb-ft)
- Disconnect the ventilaton blower connector (A).
- Disconnect the rear height motor connector (A).
- Disconnect the front height motor connector (A).
- Disconnect the slide motor connector (A).
- Remove the mood lamp (A).
- Remove the seat cushion heater wiring connector (A).
- Remove the outer shield cover wiring clip (A).
- Separate the front seat under cover (A), after removing the screws.
- Remove the seat cushion main wiring clip (A).
- Move the front seat under cover (A) in the direction of the arrow.
- Remove the rear height motor link cap (A).
- Remove the rear height motor link bolt (A).
Tightening torque: 19.6 - 29.4 N.m (2.0 - 3.0 kgf.m, 14.5 - 21.7 lb-ft)

Tightening torque: 44.1 - 58.8 N.m (4.5 - 6.0 kgf.m, 32.5 - 43.4 lb-ft)
