Brake Switch (Cruise Control): Adjustments

1. Measure brake pedal height, ensuring pedal return spring has completely returned pedal.
2. If measured value deviates from specifications, adjust as follows:
a. Loosen stop light switch.
b. Loosen pushrod locknut.
c. Adjust pushrod so brake pedal extends 6.07 inches from floorboard.
d. Position tip of stop light switch against rubber stopper on pedal arm.
e. Rotate stop light switch until freeplay between pedal arm and pushrod (about 0.1-0.5 mm) is gone from brake pedal.
f. Tighten locknut.
