Procedures

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect kickdown solenoid wire connector at left fender.
3. Raise and support vehicle.
4. Remove kickdown solenoid at transaxle.
5. Remove vacuum diaphragm.
6. Reverse procedure to install noting the following:
a. Apply sealant to threads of kickdown solenoid and vacuum diaphragm before installing.
b. Adjust transaxle fluid level as required.
