Throttle Position Sensor

Disconnect TPS electrical connection. Install proper thickness feeler gauge between stop screw and lever. Using ohmmeter, check continuity or resistance between designated terminals. Apply 5-volts to Blue/Orange wire terminal. With Black/White wire grounded, at idle, voltage should be less than 1.25 volts at Blue/Red wire and approximately 5 volts at wide open throttle. Sensor is nonadjustable, replace TPS if not within specification.
