EGR Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Disconnect the EGR temperature sensor electrical connector.
2. Remove the temperature sensor from the EGR valve.
3. Install the sensor to the EGR valve and torque the sensor to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).
4. Connect the sensor electrical connector securely, and reconnect the negative battery cable.
