Cruise Control Module (CCM): Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Move transmission selector to LOW position (A/T), or move gearshift to 4th gear and remove knob and boot (M/T).
  2. Remove center console trim bezel. Disconnect electrical connectors from rear defogger switch, hazard switch and lighter at rear of center console. Remove center console tray.
  3. Remove 4 screws and radio from center console. Remove 5 screws and rear console from vehicle. Remove transmission selector trim bezel (A/T). Remove 2 screws and center console from vehicle. Disconnect CCM electrical connector, remove mounting bolts and remove CCM from vehicle.
