Right Mirror Will Not Move In Any Direction
- Turn ignition switch to ON or ACCY position. Set power mirror selector switch to "R". Hold power mirror switch in DOWN position. Using a test light, probe power mirror switch connector terminal No. 7 (Brown/Red wire). See Figure . If test light comes on, go to next step. If test light does not come on, replace power mirror switch.
- With power mirror switch held in DOWN position, probe right power mirror assembly connector terminal No. 2 (Blue wire; Brown/Red wire after splice). If test light comes on, go to next step. If test light does not come on, check for open in Brown/Red wire (Blue wire after splice) between junction connector No. 3 (located behind center of instrument panel) and right power mirror assembly. Repair wire as necessary. If wire is okay, replace junction connector No. 3.
- With power mirror switch held in UP position, connect test light to battery voltage and probe power mirror switch connector terminal No. 7 (Brown/Red wire.) If test light comes on, replace right power mirror assembly. If test light does not come on, replace power mirror switch.
