RF Window Doesn't Close W/Master Or Right Front Door Switch
- Turn ignition on. Using a test light, probe right front power window switch (located in right front door) terminal No. 5 (Green/Red wire). See Figure . Pull right front power window switch in power window master switch (located in driver's door) to UP position. If test light comes on, go to next step. If test light does not come on, Check for open in Green/Red wire between right front power window switch and master switch. Repair wire as necessary. If wire is good, replace power window master switch.
- Probe right front power window motor connector terminal No. 2 (Green wire; Yellow wire after connector). Pull right front power window switch in power window master switch (located in driver's door) to UP position. If test light comes on, go to next step. If test light does not come on, check for open in Green wire (Yellow wire after connector) between right front power window switch and motor. Repair wire as necessary. If wire is good, replace right front power window switch.
- Turn ignition off and unplug right front power window motor connector. Connect test light to battery voltage and probe motor connector terminal No. 1 (Red wire; Green wire after connector). If test light does not come on, go to next step. If test light comes on, replace right front power window motor.
- Ensure right front and master power window switches are released. Connect test light to battery voltage and probe right front power window switch connector terminal No. 2 (Blue/White wire). See Figure . If test light does not come on, go to next step. If test light comes on, check for open in Green wire (Yellow wire after connector) between right front power window switch and motor. Repair wire as necessary. If wire is good, right front power window switch.
- Check for open in Blue/White wire between power window master switch and right front power window switch. Repair wire as necessary. If wire is good, replace power window master switch.
