Circuit Description

PCM receives a signal when ignition switch is in START position. PCM uses this signal, along with others, to determine injection time of fuel injectors. If signal is not detected during ignition, PCM will still allow engine to start, but DTC P1500 will set. DTC P1500 will set when starter signal is not detected at PCM during ignition.
