Electronic Control Unit (Ecu)
The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) receives input signals (data) from various sensors. The ECU processes data and sends output signals to various controlling devices. This allows for precise control of fuel system, ignition system and emission system. See ECU LOCATION table.

NOTE:
Components are grouped into 2 categories. The first category covers INPUT DEVICES, which control or produce voltage signals monitored by the ECU. The second category covers OUTPUT SIGNALS, which are components controlled by ECU.
