Slip Ring Testing

Remove steering wheel. Remove steering column covers. Disconnect 3-pin connector. See Figure . Continuity should exist between Blue/Red wire and terminal "D", and between Lt. Green/Red wire and terminal "F" while turning slip ring. If no continuity exists, replace slip ring.
