Control Unit Input Tests
- Before performing tests, disconnect the 6-P connector from the control unit.
- To avoid damaging connectors, make tests from the wire side.
- For continuity tests, use the 1-200 ohm scale testers; for voltage tests, use the 0-15 volt scale or greater
NOTE:
If all of the following test results indicate the system is normal, and all 16-P connectors at the Auto. Seat Belt Control Unit are clean and tight, then replace the Automatic Seat Belt Control Unit with a known good unit and retest.
