Electric Load Detector

  1. Connect ECU test harness between ECU and main harness connector. See Figure . Turn ignition on. Using a voltmeter, measure voltage between test harness terminals B19 (+) and A18 (-). Refer to Figure .
  2. Turn headlight switch to first position. Voltmeter should read 2.5-3.5 volts. Turn headlight switch to second position. Voltmeter should read 1.5-2.5 volts. If voltage reading is not as specified, replace electric load detector.
