Fuel Pump Control (Accord, CR-V, Odyssey, Prelude & S2000)

When ignition is turned on, PCM grounds PGM-FI main relay for 2 seconds to provide power to fuel pump to pressurize fuel system. With engine running, PCM grounds PGM-FI main relay to provide power to fuel pump. When engine is not running and ignition is on, PCM cuts ground to PGM-FI main relay which in turn cuts power to fuel pump.
