Air Pump Relay Test (S2000)
Air pump relay is located at left front of engine compartment, to right of air pump. See COMPONENT LOCATIONS . Remove air pump relay. Using jumper wires, connect battery voltage to air pump relay connector "B" terminal No. 1 and connect battery ground to air pump relay connector "B" terminal No. 2. See Fig 1. Continuity should be present between air pump relay connector "A" terminals No. 1 and No. 2 when power and ground are connected to air pump relay. Continuity should not be present between air pump relay connector "A" terminals No. 1 and No. 2 when power and ground are removed from air pump relay. If relay does not test as described, replace air pump relay and retest.
