Fuel Pump Control (Civic)

When ignition is turned on, PCM grounds PGM-FI main relay No. 2 to supply battery voltage to fuel pump to pressurize fuel system. With engine running, PCM energizes PGM-FI main relay No. 2 to provide power to fuel pump. When engine is not running and ignition is on, PCM stops energizing PGM-FI main relay No. 2 which in turn cuts power to fuel pump.
