Countershaft Sensor: Service and Repair

Countershaft Speed Sensor Replacement
1. Disconnect the countershaft speed sensor connector.





2. Remove the countershaft speed sensor.
3. Install the new O-ring (A) on the countershaft speed sensor, and install the countershaft speed sensor (B) in the transmission housing.
4. Check the connector for rust, dirt, and oil, clean if needed, then connect the connector securely.
