Wheel Sensor

Remove appropriate axle shaft. See appropriate AXLE SHAFTS in DRIVELINE/AXLES. Check magnetic encoder after cleaning encoder. If necessary, replace encoder. Measure air gap between wheel sensor and magnetic encoder all the way around while rotating encoder. See Fig 1 . If air gap is not correct, replace components as necessary.
