EVAP Canister Purge Valve Replacement

  1. Remove the intake manifold cover (see step 1 on REMOVAL ).
  2. Disconnect the EVAP canister purge valve connector (A), and hose (B).

  3. Remove the EVAP canister purge valve (C).
  4. Install the EVAP canister purge valve in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (D).
