CD Cannot Be Ejected

- CHECK OPERATION
- Press EJECT and check operation.
- Press the CD EJECT switch of the radio receiver assembly for 2 seconds or more to see if the CD is ejected.
OK: The CD is ejected.
HINT:
If the CD is not ejected, bring the vehicle in for repair. Do not attempt to remove the CD by force.
- Press the CD EJECT switch of the radio receiver assembly for 2 seconds or more to see if the CD is ejected.
NG: REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
OK: Go to next step
- Press EJECT and check operation.
- OPERATION USING ANOTHER CD
- Replace the CD with another and recheck.
- Replace the CD with another normal one to see whether the same trouble occurs again.
OK: The malfunction disappears.
- Replace the CD with another normal one to see whether the same trouble occurs again.
NG: REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
OK: CD IS FAULTY
- Replace the CD with another and recheck.
