CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS
1. Interview and confirm the trouble.
  1. Confirm the symptom of the trouble.

BASIC INSPECTION

Conduct basic inspection.
1. Check the battery voltage.
  Standard: 11 to 14 V

Check the power supply to the radio receiver assembly.

Turn the ignition switch to the ACC position.

Check whether or not the display appears on the radio receiver assembly.
