Headlight Assembly: Removal

- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
- REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE FRONT BUMPER FILLER (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
- Remove the bolt and 3 screws.
- Disconnect the 3 connectors, then remove the LH headlight assembly.
- REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB
- To remove the front turn signal light socket and bulb, turn them in the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig 2.
- Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the light socket.
- REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB
- To remove the clearance light bulb socket and bulb, turn them in the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig 3.
- Remove the clearance light bulb from the light socket.
- REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT, BULB
- Remove the socket cover.
- Push the set spring in the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig 5.
- Remove the No. 1 headlight bulb.NOTE: Do not touch the bulb glass with your fingers.
