Cruise Control Main Switch: Removal

  1. PRECAUTION (See  AIRBAG SYSTEM 
  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Wait at least for 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent the airbag from working.

  3. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 STEERING WHEEL COVER (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  4. REMOVE LOWER NO. 3 STEERING WHEEL COVER (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  5. REMOVE STEERING PAD ASSEMBLY (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  6. REMOVE CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH 
    1. Disconnect the connector and remove the 2 screws.

    2. Remove the cruise control main switch from the steering wheel.
