DTC B1960: MICU-Rear Junction Box Lost Communication with Climate Control Unit (A/C Message)
NOTE:
If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A (see
TROUBLESHOOTING - B-CAN SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS TEST MODE A ).
- Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and then back to ON (II).
- Wait for 6 seconds or more.
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B1960 indicated?
YES - Go to the MICU-rear junction box input test (see MICU - REAR JUNCTION BOX INPUT TEST ).
NO - Go to the front climate control unit troubleshooting (see CLIMATE CONTROL COMMUNICATION CIRCUIT TROUBLESHOOTING ).
